Client Access Web, (CAW) allows you, the Client to login to your accounts using the agency provided ID and password. You will be able to verify balances, report direct payments, provide CSA with updated information, or compile your own statistical reports.

Information Access Technology (IAT), the predictive dialer is an automatic system which places outbound calls and uses statistical modeling to start dialing the next call before an Account Specialist is free to handle it. When the call has been answered, an Account Specialist should be available. Predictive Dialers decrease dead time between calls, letting the Account Specialist make more contacts and receive more payments.
